Welcome to The Conservatory Year, Sutro Institute’s flagship program for the dedicated, aspiring musician. This is more than a series of lessons—it’s an immersive, annual journey designed to cultivate discipline, artistry, and excellence. Combining the structure of a conservatory with the personalized support of a mentor, this program provides a holistic education that prepares students for the stage, the exam room, and a lifelong relationship with music.
